5.1.1 tape introduction

An old tape echo. Its controls are time (changing it bends the pitch like a tape changing speed), feedback (up to self-oscillation), wow & flutter, and age.

New effects are in the effects list: SHIFT + T3. They work on synths, on drums and as the master effect (MIXER, T3, then SHIFT + T3). The list also has FILTER, TE's own filter effect, which the stock firmware hides.
