2.1.1 supersaw introduction

A stack of detuned saw waves for big leads and pads, drawn as a chainsaw. It follows note velocity (from the euclid level or MIDI in).

New engines are in the engine list: SYNTH, then SHIFT + T1. They come without presets, so they have no folder in the sound browser (SHIFT + 1 … 8): look in SHIFT + T1.
